Why do i own lumps up my feeler?
I had a bad sinus infection which lasted a month and in a minute i've noticed a small red lump up each nostril.. One is bigger than the other.

Sound like polyps. They may reduce by themselves, but it's other wise to see your GP. He can use an instrument for looking up your nose and see the severity of the polyps (if that is what they are).
