Why do I still enjoy stomach pains if I am not drinking foods next to lactose?

I am 19 years old and have been suffering next to bulimia for 5 years. Because of my binge/purge cycle and my addiction to laxatives, I developed Acid Reflux disease, GERD, ulcers, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I just recently found out that I am also lactose intolerant. I enjoy been avoiding all lactose/ dairy products, but I am still experiencing the same pains that I would if I ate lactose/ dairy. I know it's not an iota of the previous diseases that I mentioned, so what could it be attributed to? Thanks for your help.
Also, as a side note: I am NOT pregnant. My stomach pains do not resemble pregnancy symptoms, and I have be on birth control for 3 years.
Answers:    Um, those stomach pains are probably from IBS...
Which causes ulcer, which also may cause severe stomach pain. =/

Soooo, how do you know it's not the IBS?
e it's somethnig else you're eating.

Gluten perhaps.

Go and request a blood test for it. DO NOT remove gluten from your diet until you've done this because you may gain a false negative. Source(s): Used to suffer from IBS. Removed a lot of things from my diet and et voila! No more symptoms.
im lactose intolerant too.ive found that if i eat/drink too much at one time then i feel pains. did you eat more than you in general would?
increase your probiotic intake, keep a food diary, and return to the GI doctor.
