8 month outmoded have liquid eyes and runny snout.?

She got a runny nose and the left eye is liquid. The tears are dripping but she doesnt cry. I put sunblock on her prior to the events but im not sure if that is the cause. Although the runny nose started yesterday. Does anybody know if she is alergic to something? Or is it simply allergies?
Answers:    prbally alergies. sounds like it. or maybe shes getting a cold? its possible.
