What's occurring when you own a stuffy trunk and what can i do to cure it?

when i try to blow the "stuffiness" out, i can't. why is that? like what's the things that make my nose consistency all stuffy
Answers:    there are some alternative treatments... these are more like provisional relief though...
n try pouring a hot water in a chalice... sniff the steam coming from the glass every 30 minutes... try to see if will easen up the stuffness.

just dont constantly blow ur nose... its not honest especially when nothing's coming out...

cause it also mean something...

resembling, when ur nose is stuffy most of the times on the left side, u probably have respiratory problems... doesnt show its its deadly though...
its ur right nose which is stuffy most of the times, have ur sugar checked... might be too lofty or not normal...

so best thing to do? go and see a doctor...

dont appropriate it too lightly coz prevention is better than cure... so its best if u know what really is wrong with u sooner
