Advice just about Sinus Infections?
My son always gets a cold that will lead to a sinus infection. His doc think it's not allergy related. The antibiotic doesn't seem to be helping or the Afrin. What can I do to get his proboscis deconjested?? We don't sleep at night and he's tired of breathing from his mouth.. Any advice please!!
Answers: Take him to an ear, nose and throat doctor. When I be about 12 or 13 years old, I would ALWAYS be getting sinus infections, and the antibiotics only sort of help. I had a CAT scan done and it turns out I have something very adjectives but often goes undiagnosed- cysts in my sinuses. The doctor said most citizens have them, but only the most severe cases have to own anything done about it (surgery). I've known maybe three ancestors who have had to do that, but they were adjectives adults, and they had very severe sinus problems. My sinuses haven't gotten worse, so there's no problem. My point is there could be an underlying basis and perhaps that can be treated rather than the obvious effect. Maybe you just haven't found the right way to treat it. So- go see a specialist.
Strangely satisfactory, I haven't had a problem with it in days gone by couple of years.
