not sure about dizzy- but def breathing. take antihistamine- this will help you- so you dont enjoy hard time breathing & you can get inhaler from walgreeens if still bad... I hold asthma- & spring time I have to take anti histamine if my nose starts to run alot- motivation if i wait it will effect my breathing with can lead to bronchial-spasims...craft you gasp for breath- not good. Benadryl will help... prevent this- or claritian..
