Why do I enjoy this allergic response to guys? Have we finally found cooties?

Okay so.. I just made out with my boyfriend just a couple of night ago, and the first night we made out I got a few of these little pin sized zits on my upper lip (like ON my lip), then after the second dark that we made out (these were back to back nights) that morning they be everywhere! from like just below my nose to on my lip. It looks approaching a rash!! and it burns and stings. Well funny thing is, its not the first time this has happen, it happened with my first make out a couple of months ago. I have the same "allergic reaction". I know you guys are thinking, "so you break out when you kiss a guy". No, I can KISS a guy, but when its making out to where you're like adjectives around eachother's mouths, THEN I break out.
y question is? What is causing it? Am I allergic to male saliva? Is my skin lately really sensitive? Is it some kind of disease or what?
Because I want to know how to prevent it, or at least make it stir away.

If you need me to get into detail of what my lip looks like at the moment please utter so in your answer and I will add more detail. Its something I've never seen on any other girl until that time.
Answers:    it could be an allergic reaction - but it could also be that your skin is sensitive to his whiskers (yes, even if he has a close shave). try to kiss gently for a bit and see if they turn away.
