Really unpromising allergies?

I have really bad allergies in the spring time. I thieve zytrec every night, but it just doesn't seem to be working. I get up up in the morning and my eyes are really read throughout the day. I took tylenol severe allergy, it works for a few hours but it knocks me out and I can't be falling asleep everyday close to this.
