Allergic to Dust Mites...?

I've been to the doctor so many times about this and adjectives he keeps doing is sending me off with a spray for my muzzle and eye drops for my eyes... its really not good enough.
ve Asthma too, and sometimes it get really bad. I know im allergic to dust mites because ive had a blood test to confirm it, i try to preserve my room as dust free as possible but its just not helping.

I get regular headaches, fatigue, blocked/runny antenna, bad sore eyes and when i say bad i scrounging very bad, one time i had to put rime on one because it got so sore.

1. Remove carpet. Dust mites love hearth rug. If you can't do this, then get it cleaned with anti-bacterial solution, but you will hold to maintain this maybe weekly or monthly.

2. Clean all your linen, clothes, drapes, pillows, etc.. vitally anything cotton. Make sure you use hot water and hot dry.
If your bed is not by your windows, move it there... hold on to your curtains open and let sunlight come in.

4. After you own cleaned thoroughly buy some plastic encasings for your bed and pillows. Now you'll only have to worry just about cleaning sheets, probably once a week.

If you enjoy pets, don't let them in your room. Also when you shower, do a real angelic scrub... try to remove all "loose" dead skin from your body, don't overdo it though.

Finally, there are some anti-bacterial sprays you can find at retailers that you can use on your bed (since you can't put that within the washer). Find one that is safe to use.
mber:
1. Reduce the dust in your room.
2. Use sunlight to back kill mites.
3. Heat kills mites
, remove clutter in your room... the more things that you hold the harder it is to clean and it will be real easy for dust mites to breed within spots that you may have missed... so keeping a clutter free area is good. For our children we enjoy made them just a "sleeping" room. It pretty much just consists of a bed and a few little items. No clutter at all. (no it isn't a dungeon lol... they do enjoy a separate play room.)

I'm not a fan of using drugs for this problem... most of the times the drugs/sprays do not work and really just make you quality worse. Source(s): I own a carpet cleaning company. http://www.aqualuxcarpetcleaning.com
