Starbucks and yogurt bestow me diarrhea?

I've noticed that every time I drink a cold frappacino at Starbucks, I get diarrhea, but I don't get diarrhea when I drink the liquid. I also just ate frozen yogurt, and just had diarrhea, but this doesn't surface all the time. I thought this was because of lactose intolerance or deficiency, but I'm not too sure. When I drink the school's chocolate milk I don't tend to get hold of sick. I can also eat a lot of ice cream in need getting sick. And I know for sure that it's not a reaction to fat because the yogurt I eat is nonfat. If anyone could bequeath me an answer to my problems, that would be great. Thanks!
Answers:     It's common to get diarrhea (or "loose stool") after drinking caffeinated beverages such as coffee. The caffeine cause this and it's normal to have frequent, loose bowel movements.. but that doesn't explain your reaction to yogourt. You might still be lactose intolerant and you simply react to certain things, or at certain times of the daylight that you consume this stuff. If I were you, I'd just go to the walk-in clinic or doctor and ask. It's adjectives for people to have reactions to food and to see their docs roughly speaking it. He/she may suggest cutting out milk products for two weeks or so to see if you notice a difference.

caffiene can give you loose stools and you may well be lactose intolerant. Some people single show the symptoms if they eat a lot of dairy in one sitting or surrounded by one day.
For instance, if on the day you have frozen yogurt, you also enjoy milk, icecream and cheese on a pizza, you may have trouble but if on other days you only have the chocolate milk at college and no other dairy, you may not have the problem. An easy fix is keeping the lactaid pills with you at adjectives times and try to remember to take one each time you eat dairy.
