10+ Hours of sleep and still tired every daytime newly have blood question paper can this be severe allergies?

ve felt run down for the past 2 weeks or so. I hold been getting between 9 and 12 hours of sleep each night, and when I wakeup, I touch as if I need to sleep more. During the day, I feel as if I want to nap (and I sometimes do), and I often feel as if I don't hold enough energy to do normal accomplishments.
Last year, an allergist said I am allergic to grass pollen... and I have a dog that walks/rolls in the grass and sleeps near me which does not help out...
Everything just came fund normal from my blood test. The doctor is shrugging it off, and I really do not know what to do. Can some/all of these be severe allergies? Wouldn't my white blood cell be elevated then? When can I do and what can this be?

your energy level is so low, do to withdrawal of physical stamina....
e was once a guy so lazy, that he starved to death.... contained by bed.
Don't let that happen to you... Be sure to jog 45 mins a hours of daylight, 3 to 4 days a week.. after 30 days, you will notice a HUGE HUGE improvement.
