What will clear up my nasal airways?

Ok so I am sick , and my nasal cavity is all blocked what will open it up arghhh .
ymptoms are :
-Sneezing
-Nasal airways blocked
-A tiny sore throat
Could this be hay restlessness?
Answers:    I dont know if it is. But try Benedryl Allergy, that seem to help alot. Also rub your nose. I do that when it is stuffed up. It moves everything around so it clears it up for a little bit, but you gotta hang on to doing it which is annoying.
You most likely just have a cold, or sinus infection. Dayquil/nyquil will minister to and to clear your sinus' Vicks makes lots of things to help, ask a pharmacy to help you find something on the shelf.
it could just be a cold return with sudafed decongestant suspension that should clear it up and if you are worried go to your gp
