Allergic Reaction?? PLEASE Help!?
Yesterday morning and this morning, i woke up really itchy with (not really) a rash on the bottom of both of my arms. I already have allergies to pollen and such but can you give an account me why i am abruptly started to get this?
OH! and my skin itches really bad and everytime i mark it, it turns red. it hurts relly bad like needles polking at me.

Take an antihistamine. Don't scratch with finger nails. Use the palms of your fingers instead. Like rubbing. To prevent injuring yourself. But better, don't score at all. For the meantime, use cold compresses to relieve itchiness. Don't use hot water.
