Allergic counterattack to dog?
Recently my friend was over with his dog and my son started to break out in what looked close to hives. I had my friend put his dog outside and i put hydrocortisone on the itchy spots and they seemed to subside. That was the first time that have ever happened to my son. He's been around this dog before and my father dogs and has never had a reaction approaching this. Since then I've had my friend leave his dog outside when he brings her over. We own 2 cats that he has no problems with. So what are the usual symptoms of allergic reactions to dogs?
Answers: in good health i dont think he would be allergic to it cause he has not formerly but the dog could of recently got some type of thing on it from playing outside that effect your son
