What do I hold and how do I obtain rid of it :(?
For 3 days Ive had a headache near my left and I quality like a Balloon about to burst D: and my nose is blocked, not totally blocked but I can almost not breathe through my right nostril (not trying to be gross or anything) and Ive tried taking Benadryl and Sudafed PE Please help I don't want to ruin my summer with this D: thanks :)
Answers: I have the same problem about a week ago.
, don't use Sudafed PE, gain the original Sudafed behind the counter, just show ID, you have need of to be 18. The original Sudafed has pseudoephedrine which works a lot better than phenylephrine contained by the new stuff. I also used nasal spray to help my nasal passages.
