How do you know if you hold milk allergy?
Every time I drink cold milk I get a sore throat, runny nose, congested chest afterward. From 2 years I started drinking boiled milk but the same things start but to a lesser extent.
t all these problems after drinking milk, but is a big source of calcium so is it basic or not?
Is it necessary to drink milk if I get all these problems?
What are some alternatives to drinking milk?
Answers: These symptoms sound like an allergy to me. Yes, calcium can be found surrounded by other foods such as kale greens, broccoli, some orange juice is fortified with calcium. You can also buy calcium supplements over the counter. Here is a intertwine to a website that lists calcium rich foods. hope this helps and you feel better.
That is pretty much the definition of an allergy. You could go to the doctor and enjoy them give you an allergy test. It will probably come back positive and they will of late tell you don't drink milk. Yes, you can get calcium from other places. I do not drink milk because of my allergies (dairy creates mucous and that makes allergies worse)
I don't know what more evidence your looking for, the ones you've given are ample to diagnose you with a milk allergy.
instead of milk try Goat milk(what we drink at our house) or almond milk or something else. i wouldnt drink milk if you are have those symptoms. try to stay away from ALL milk for atleast 2 weeks and that will give you time for the milk to leave your body completly and naturaly. then a moment ago drink one glass of milk and see what happens. still have symptoms? later stop drinking it and have a blood test done to see if your allergic or if nothing shows up after you might just be intolerant. i would just stay away from it as much as you can, God bless-livie
