A undamaged daylight of runny feeler...constant sneeze....Next afternoon its gone?

Sometimes.. like say every 2 months...i wake up next to a runny stuffed nose...and sneeze constantly.. it goes on roughly all time.
Isit allergies? dust mites? etc??
