What's cause my snout to be constantly blocked?
Hi all.
months now I have have a constantly stuffed up nose - sometimes one nostril, sometimes the other, and sometimes both.
No amount of nose blowing will unblock doesn`t matter what is there (feels like a pressure across the bridge of my nose).
Does anybody enjoy any idea of the cause... and solution? Could it be allergies... or related to my tart reflux?

Answers: In nursing school and from personal experience, your stuffed up nose could be caused by the over use of the decongestant nasal sprays. It is a paradoxical sensitivity in the body. If you use too many of them in a stuffed up feeler, instead to opening up the nasal passages, it closes them up and you can not breathe at all.
article that I use is a normal saline nasal spray to keep my nasal passages moist. It works most of the time. Use steroids lone for the shortest time possible!
