How can you enlighten if you're lactose intolerant?

I was eating oranges and forgot I drank milk earlier and my stomach be killing me. Then I had milk last dark and I had the same effects. I was competent to drink milk before, but why not now? Does it matter if it's intact milk, low fat, or fat free? I was drinking unharmed milk.

Doesnt event what milk! You know I was fine drinking milk until late teenage yrs. You'll know if your tummy return with the bubbles with dairy products such as milk...cheese etc. If i eat enough mac n cheese it will def at tiniest hurt my tummy if not send me running to the potty! You will def know if you get cramps, tummy ache... the bubbles...or just simply have to go more than the usual! Thank god I havnt nonetheless crap my pants! lol
It doesn't matter what sort of milk, or what sort of dairy (or dairy-containing) products for that matter - cream, yoghurt, cheese, chocolate, etc. People who are severely lactose intolerant cannot eat foods beside lactose as an additive, or even take tablets that contain lactose.
