Why do my allergies receive worse when I'm agitated?

It feels like when I am anxious, or even sometimes when I'm not...the allergies up in my feeler that affect my sinuses restrict the free expression of my face, and cause it to tighten up. Sometimes when I smile it quivers a bit. I can't keep the smile here for as long as I want to. It pisses me off.
Answers:    You may want to ask a doctor specifically if it gets in the instrument of everyday things, but it may be because that your body is reacting to some many things at once, that it can't help protect against allergens fairly as freely as it normally can.
