A cross-question in the order of my allergies?
Is it normal for my allergies to be at worst between the hours of 9PM to 7AM? It seems as if they are really bad at darkness and really bad in the morning. I'm almost perfectly fine during the afternoon. The symptoms range anywhere from watery eyes to coughing/sneezing. Is it normal? What can I do to support it?

hi,i hold rose fever,tree pollen is at its worst at night and even worse in the morning,do you sleep near your windows open? dont,thats allowing the pollen into your room,thus making you a miserable wreck.im going crazy too my throat is so bad surrounded by the morning i cant even speak.i was on allergy shots for thirty somewhat years,i was told by my allergist that i didnt need them anymore ,this be 10 years ago,now theyre back,but controllable with otc drugs approaching clariten and zertec.see an allergist.
