What to do almost my allergies?

I have never really had allergies bother me. Now they bother me so bad this year that I cough up mucus until I throw up. My throat feel raw all the time. Also my nose is any stopped up to the max or running away on me. I just don’t know what to do. I am already taking singulair right now but I don’t know what else I can do. It’s really bad. Any suggestion for this would be greatly appreciated.
Answers:    if its that bad you can take zyrtec along with singulair (that's what i take) but sort sure you ask a doctor/ pharmacist so you don't take too high of a dosage Source(s): personal experiance
