Am I allergic to milk or what? how to describe the symptoms?

Is anyone here allergic to milk? whenever I have milk my sinuses immediatly well up and Ive been diagnosed beside a sinus infection, but I notice if I refrain from anything with dairy they cleared up. I don't gain itchy or swollen throat or anything though...just severe nasal congestion and "foggy" headed headaches - to the point that Ive be accused of being on drugs when I wasn't (my speech slurrs and I can't even stand up straight sometimes, VERY lightheaded and disorientated). Does anyone else feel resembling there "on drugs" after consuming milk? whats up with this? its not the normal "food allergy response" ?
Answers:     is not allergy to it it is just when you drink milk it looks resembling you have sinusitis , but when drinking milk causes flem in your lungs producing mocus producing stuffy muzzle and headaches, thats why doctors do not recommend for asthma patients not to drink milk often. I hope that helps
Normally when you are allergic to milk it upsets your stomach and you have cramps, diarrhea, etc. You might talk to your doctor though, because your sinus infection may not enjoy cleared up entirely or if you are taking medication for it, it could be reacting with dairy.
There is no "normal 'food allergy response'".
e are as many responses as there are sufferers. It can be a single response (congestion) to multiple responses (congestion and cough; congestion, cough, green phlegm).

Response time to allergens can pilfer seconds (anaphylactic shock when allergic to shellfhish) to days (wheat allergies).

P.S.--When you have a repercussion to dairy that includes stomach and/or bowel cramping, diarrhea, this is a pretty sure sign of milk "intolerance"--your body just doesn't digest/process it well which can be a genetic issue (not an allergy/allergen issue). For example, milk intolerance is not at all unusual among American Blacks, Asians, and Africans. I too am allergic to milk. However, I receive the aforementioned digestive system response--vomiting, diarrhea, cramps, gas, etc.

I know I am biased, have been fearful of milk products for six years or so now, but milk is not really all that forceful anyway. Think about it: We are the only mammal that drinks the milk of another species. Kind of gross when you think in the order of it.
Hello~
From my experience your milk induced sensitivity is not unusual at all vs typical allergic reactions (itching, hives, upset gut, etc.).
Common milk, (non organic, reduced fleshy, ultra pasteurized and homogenized), causes inflammation for many people - hence your inflammation symptoms. The dizziness, headache, slurred speech, etc. and brain fog is likely a neurological sensitivity to the milk or all the junk i.e. in it from the cows.
Unfortunately I enjoy had a lot of experience with this near my dd's and when investigating it for them, I found many others with the same issues.
A fabulous resource to better construe dairy products and history of the world concerning health and nutrition is:
