Allergic reaction, how to know if you hold one?

I have never had an allergic reaction besides to poison ivy...but especially to the shifting of seasons and so forth I get where I merely sneeze and sneeze and have a head cold? could this be allergies or just a cranium cold? I had it for a week and I just stopped sneezing continuously, granted, it wasn't really "continuously, but it was plentifully. how do you know if you actually have allergies?
Answers:     Hello~
Hope you get the impression better soon!
yes it could be allergies i recommend you to see a ear muzzle and throat doctor and have them have you an allergy test . is approaching 60 types of things that you migh be allergic to but acoording to what you are saying , you might be allergic to mold and dust mites. when the weather changes cold to hot you might get allergic reaction which might be mold from the plants and when it rains too. but to be sure of what you are allergic too see a specialits. good luck
food, water, fine-tuning of weather may cause allergies. Acupressure techniques help u to know if a demanding food item is suitable to ur constitution or not and thereby u can identify it and avoid it to prevent allergies.

u can select ur own foods, whether suitable to u or not with the aid of acupressure techniques.

o First stand straight, keep ur gone hand fist closed on the heart, outstretch ur right hand parallel to the ground. Ask some one to pull down ur right mitt as much as possible. Now, keep the eatable in ur left appendage palm and close the left fist and keep it on ur heart and then outstretch ur right appendage parallel to the ground.Ask some one to pull down ur right hand. now, if this eatable is beneficial to ur body, resistance power shall increase. If it is disadvantageous ur resistance power shall decrease/reduce and ur right hand shall come down.
in case of a drink, u can hang on to it in a metal utensil, like copper and do so as explained above. In this fashion, u can identify the foods which are suitable or not to ur body; not withstanding the disease conditions].
