What to do? really discouraging allergies?
my nose is running so hard!

Answers: for the proboscis, use vicks vapor rub, and rub a little under and on your nose. also rub some on your throat and chest.
and as far as i hold seen, benadryl and claritin work best for me for my allergies; especially claritin!! you might want to ask your doctor though, they will give you better information than me. especially because they have your accounts and stuff.

I used to hold allergies and then I tried a product called OPC-3. It is an all inbred anti histamine and I take it regularily and I haven't had any problems with allergies. It comes within a powder form and you mix it with water and drink it. OPC-3 also helps beside arthritis and asthma if those are a problem too. With it, I would also recommend the multivitamin product because together they taste like a flintstone vitamin that you drink. (and everyone needs vitamins too) You can also register on the site and shop the partner stores (which are pretty much any online store you can deduce of) and earn points towards getting the products for free. Even then, if you take what you have spent on the previous allergy medication, you would come out cheaper by trying this. I use these products and I am very happy with them

Before you take any medicine for allergies...it is best to ask your dr. to test you for allergies.Beware of natural cures...if you are allergic to certain grasses,plants,flowers or herb,it could make it worse.I tried one because everyone said it was natural...it nearly kill me.Since most natural remedies ,are NOT tested or regulated by the FDA,there isn't any way to find out how much of any ingredient is surrounded by them.

Do not use a decongestant,it will generate the mucus flow more.
Do a search on what the symptoms of an allergic reaction.They differ from person to personage.When I inhale an allergen,I cough non stop...if I ingest it my throat ,eyes and face swell up,along with coughing non stop,even to the point of vomiting,sometimes an itchy throat,nose & ears.
Try to find what triggered the attack..ex. an animal. plants.flowers or cooking foods (they tolerate the proteins that cause the reaction to be released into the air).IEg proteins are the cause.
id 5 series of immunology shots....they made it worse.
Best thing to do is avoid what you are allergic to.Since you never out grow them...avoidance can make them smaller amount severe...so many have thought they out grew them,so ate whatever it be,and ended up in the ER... Source(s): human test subject since age 1 to date.(48 years)
