Someone please relieve me, I enjoy a surprise COLD and in attendance is something I HAVE to attend tonight?
I was perfectly fine yesterday and today surprisingly my nose will no quit running; I preserve sneezing .. it is horrible ! This morning when I woke up I took dayquil and that did NOTHING for me whatsoever; still the same runny sneezy nose; then around 2 I took SUDEFED and it worked a touch better but those were my last two pills of it. Now it is starting up again and the event is at 8 - ??
ally need some lend a hand, should I take a hot bath? what will work? I have some benadril allergy tablets but .. I feel like nothing is working!
please please please give support to .. what can stop this??
Answers: u have to wait it out, thats adjectives u can do with a cold, it wont magically disappear
sounds resembling an allergy, take an antihistamine.
yeah, it seems like its already a cold (coz if its an allergy, it'll be gone in few hours after taking medication), in recent times takes loads of liquid including green tea and 1000mg vitamin C (or another 500mg after 4 hours)...
so if you really need to gain to that event tonight, then maybe just don't stay too long, spend few hours and recount the people you're dealing with that you have an emergency name or simply you're not feeling well so you could leave right consequently, and rest a lot.
