What vitamin deficiency can resign from me tired?
I'm constantly tired, even after 8-10 hours of sleep with no idea as too why. I've let up on drinking soda's and coffee which I've hear can actually deprive your energy, any idea as too which vitamin deficiency could cause grogginess?

You are probably iron deficient. I am, and until I started taking my iron supplements I wouldn't be capable of make it through a typical day. You may choose to take a specific iron pill- but my doctor advise me it would be just as helpful to take an everyday multi-vitamin. The plus side is you also carry all your other essential vitamins which help boost even more energy. I hope that help you!

You may want to enjoy your Thyroid checked, Also Lack of Vitamin D, can cause you to be very Sluggish feeling and even front to Depression. As the others stated Vitamin B, and A and Zinc...eat lots of veggies, and exercise.
I've heard of iron too but I've also heard taking iron in can incentive other problems. A multi-vitamin can often be your best choice. You could also have a thyroid/hormone issue...see your favorite endocrinologist.
