Pruny fingers are totally normal when your hands are in hose down for any amount of time. Its hard to believe anyone in the world doesn't know this.
Its not a reason to be ashamed, its common. And, no, there's no medication for it because it isn't a problem.
Since your body is nearly 60 or 70% water I rather doubt it.
It is normal to chlorine, not water.
