My guess is probably nothing aside from tasting the burned ivy, seeing as my knowledge within this is super limited but either way, I regard as the reason you itch when you spread poison ivy on yourself is the oil on the plant, and seeing as the chemical might burn and be destroyed by the fire when you attempt to light it, adjectives you're left with is a neutralized smoke.... but next again THC gets neutralized by fire and people still find high, so who knows.
