Why is my proboscis sore and other congested within my apartment, what should I do?
I live next to a busy freeway ramp, constant traffic, sirens, its very bad. Here within this aoartment I noticed air is very dry. I bought a humidifyer but it make things worse. If I don;t use it I have a swallen face and pupils and my nose is constantly cogested and clogged and sometimes economically most of the time I have sore nostrals or areas around my nostrals (not sure I spelled it right) are sore. What can I do to make things better. I also noticed that when I stir up I notice myself catching a breath. My breaths are short when I wake up also due to poor ventilation. What is the best track to fight this guys? thank you!

Put it in your bedroom (if you can only afford 1) and keep hold of the door closed. Also, you should take some Zyrtec (generic is much cheaper and works well). It is the strongest over-the-counter allergy med available. If you still miserable after that, you may need to see your doctor for a prescription-grade medicine or allergy shots.
