I deliberate im allergic!!?

I think im allergic to herbal essences. Everytime ive washed my hair next to it i get a itchy nose and its doing my nut in! It might be something else but evertime i seize out my shower it always happens?? Herbal essences is really good to my spine nothing else isnt good enough
