just scared the hell out of me
1.Gargle beside warm salt water. 2.Squirt up your nostrils a mixture of brackish water. Do it in the shower. Take a squirt bottle (like the ones you see for mustard at restaurants) put a tea spoon to 2 oz od warm river, shake then "blast" up your nose. One oz per side. Hold the salt sea by pinching your nostrils and roll your head back and forth allowing some to flow into your throat. Allow to drain and blow your nose several times.

Additional:
sort of burns close to going swimming in the ocean. Salt is a natural disinfectant. The most possible reason your ears are stop up is because your have blown bacteria weighted down mucus into your Eustachian tube from either coughing or sneezing. The gargling pushes the salt up the Eustachian tube to clear out the germs. The squirt up the nostrils clears and disinfects your sinus. It usually takes about 3 good applications of respectively.

This treatment was given to me by my ear nose and throat doctor. I have have two major ear surgeries’ that was cause by block Eustachian tubes.

works for me.
