p some zyrtec or benadryl, take nightly, initially, first few months or longer has residual drowsy effect in am, alleviated by caffiene to a definite extent.. or get shots for desensitation..air cleaner won't help you near, Is this a proven allergy, or maybe you have a new allergy surrounded by addition to cats? do something, by doing nothing for yourself, you will get worse. stresses immune system, allergies can brand name you feel tired, achy, flulike, etc...irritable, make your face adjectives red, tearing eyes/itchy. yik.
