Alergic to nickle - describe doctor?
OK, so I went to the doctor a while ago and he asked me if i got any alergies, and I said no, but I am alergic to nickle. Should I have told him that?
: more or less 1-2 years ago I accidently took tooo many pain killers. The doctor told me it be fine, as long as i didnt do it again. Can I be a blood and organ donor despite of that?

Answers: Yes, drop a note into the surgery and have the nickel allergy put on to your directory. It could be useful if you ever have any orthopaedic operations involving implant for example.
Livers repair themselves quite well so if the doc said you were OK after it shouldn't stop you being a donor. Let's hope the question never arises though.
