Allergic spontaneous effect; little bumps interview?

Ok so I got an allergic reaction to this new lip make notes on. The swelling has gone down a bit but I have all these really little dots... how do I capture rid of them? Will they go overnight? I've already tried using ice and now there's some Vaseline on them. Help please? :)
