Why do I hold a hurricane lantern cough after I do exercise?

I started spinning classes this week.I did one class on Monday and one Thursday eve.But I noticed I had a bit of a light cough when I get home.It was nothing major.Just if I be to cough there was a chesty sound. I don't suffer from asthma.I do own hay fever in the summer.
is this? Do I have asthma from the exercise? I do not consistency out of breath after my class like I can't breath or anything.Just my throat is tad sore or something.

Help! I do not want to give up my spinning class as I really love it.

e is such a thing as exercise-induced asthma. Also, allergies can turn into asthma over time. I would get checked out by a doctor, preferably one that specializes contained by asthma. If they determine that is your problem, you can probably continue your spinning class but bring an inhaler in your daypack in case you start coughing.
