What do I EAT if I enjoy multiple food allergies?

I recently went to the doctor and was tested for food allergies again. I've specified for about 10 years I was allergic to every kind of nut. My recent question paper results showed I am allergic to whole wheat, barley, buckwheat, soy, olive, vanilla, corn, pork, lamb, egg white, and a few more. In order to find out exactly what I'm allergic to I have to avoid adjectives of these and then after a month add one at a time back into my diet. I hold no clue what to eat now. Please help...
Answers:    Ask your doctor to set you up near a dietitian, so they can help you figure out what you can eat while still slot your nutritional needs.
You definitely need the back of a nutritionist who can advise you with your meal plan which seem will be mostly fresh veggies, chicken, turkey, fruits, cheeses, no processed foods.
I hope you have been warned almost the outcome of eating nuts and food cooked with peanut oil - and no chinese food!
