Air purifier - should I verbs it or gain rid of it?
I bought an air purifier at a garage sale, it looked pretty new and within good shape so I bought it and bought a filter for it and used it for 3 days.
I got really sick....could it have be from the air purifier?? Should I try to take it apart to clean it on the inside? or should I freshly get rid of it? I am hesitant to try it again because I don't want to get sick again...it have an ionizer but I did not use that as a setting

Answers: You don't know where it was used previously, so it may will be putting out fumes of some sort that are making you sick. I would junk it and get a new one. You can return with them cheap at any home store or discount store.
