A Bite Or An Allergic Reaction?

Right, on my right hand a whitish spot a little bigger than 1cm wide have risen up, i have put antihistamine cream on it and it has not done anything. It is not forming really white dots all over it and become REALLY itchy and stings if i touch it or put more cream on it. Does anyone have any ideas of what it might be or any ways of trying to cure it?
Answers:    Is it just a big patch of unwary? Maybe you should get your doctor to check it out. They are the experts lol
