Hamsters trunk looks worrying!?

i have a syrian hamster that i brought from pets at home about 2 weeks ago ... and she has a red circular sore patch basically above her nose and think its due to her chewing the bars on her shut within that she does from the minute she wakes up until she sleeps! she has toys etc in her round up and a ball to play in ... i dont know how to treat it as she's very unsociable and tried to bite me today. support DiseasesFAQ.comers! xxx
Answers:     When we bought our hamster from Pets At Home we were told we could return her if she was surrounded by ill health in any means of access within two weeks. If you're still in the time frame take her final, they can treat her
I have a hamster that chews on the cage bar all the time, but she doesn't have a sore on her nose so don't give attention to thats whats causing it
personally i don't like the concept of keeping pets in cage anyway.
not get a pet that you don't need to put in a coop?

.....anyway...what would I do? ...take it to the vet
she just needs some time to get used to her unsullied enviroment!
