Why do i own funny inner health contained by my throat which seem to effect the rest of my body ?

For the past few months i have been sense funny in the throat area . It feels close to my throat is about to close where my throat meets my chest bones . When i`m not thinking just about it , it seems like its not there . I also enjoy some mild pains in my chest [ breast bone ] and for some reason it seems similar to i cant really function with my muscles in my arms and chest . It just seem so weird and im tired of feeling like that . please someone backing me out !
