FOOD ALLERGY:Food Allergy/Spoilage?

I eat scrambled eggs and red tomato ketchup on toast about once every other week..4 eggs making 3 sandwiches. I usually help yourself to a nap after eating these but when I wake up a few hours next, my stomach feels swollen with gas, no cramps or pain though, and I touch rather weak for several hours like I hadn't slept obedient at all.
thing is, I can eat pretty a bit of Mexican food, usually spicey before talking a nap and awake idea fairly refreshed and a sense that my food has digested economically. I have no problems with Mexican food whatsoever.

I've heard of citizens being lactose intolerant and am wondering if I'm intolerant or allergic to eggs or tomato ketchup or maybe combining them with one another cause it? Are you aware of any food or allergy tests which might provide an answer?
Answers:    You probably have trouble with eggs. It might be an actual (IgE) allergy or an intolerance to them, but it does nouns like that could be the problem. Or maybe the toast?

It also could be the combination of foods. Sometimes people have a low allergy to two foods, and don't observe symptoms with either food until they're combined as it doubles the reaction effect.

I'd walk see an allergist. They should be able to provide the proper tests for you. I'd trust the Skin Prick test beforehand the RAST though. Source(s): Allergy Researcher and Survivor
While it is possible to be allergic to eggs, most individuals develop this allergy as children and outgrow it as adults. Usual symptoms of egg allergy can include wheezing, nausea, headache, stomachache and itchy hives.
allergy tests are available to determine your bodies reaction to known allergens. It involves a skin interview with known allergens applied to your back and afterwards observation. A dermatologist administers and interprets this test.

I would discuss your symptoms beside your physician and perhaps he/she can shed some light on this situation.
