Lactose Intolerance Question!?

Hey guys.
ink I may be lactose intolerant, but I'm not completely sure.
For the past couple of weeks (stronger in former times couple of days) I've been having really bad stomach pains (almost approaching cramps) and diarhea (spelling?) after drinking milk. The days I don't have milk, I'm fine. But when I do, it's really painful, and sometimes the diarhea can last approaching all day.
But, when i eat cheese, it doesn't appear. Is that normal?
Do you think it's just a coincidence that I've be feeling bad on the same days I own milk?
ks so much everyone.
Answers:    All dairy products can create havoc in sensitive persons, milk especially. Try stopping milk & ice creams, switch to SOYMILK: it's right beside the 'regular' milk contained by stores (last a lot longer, too).

Your best bet is stopping milk.
yup, that is how lactose intolerance starts, eventually you become unable to get through any dairy at all, but first it starts with milk or ice cream, both of which are the upmost in lactose. Suggest you stop drinking cow's milk and avoid ice cream, eat yogurt, munch through cheese, until they start producing the same symptoms, and they will, but stop the milk and ice cream now or the problem will catch worse much faster.
You sound exactly like my husband. He is lactose intolerant and get awful stomach pain if he eats anything with milk or cream. He can drink small amounts of cheese, but if he eats too much he gets stomache cramps and diarreah.
