Why do i enjoy puffy eyes? is it from sleeping too much or is it an allergy?
i have had puffy circles under my eyes for a week presently, i did some gardening in mulch when this started is it an allergy or could it be something else?
Answers: dehydration could cause puffiness under your eyes too ..... drinking too much sodas, alcohol or caffeine will dehydrate you.... drink more hose down ..... it could also be any number of food allergies/intolerances ... lack of sleep, dehydration, eating eggs does that to me ...... have you eat anything you don't regularly eat lately??
