Allergic impulse on facade?

Since May, I have been experienced 5 to 6 episodes of allergic reactions on my facade. First my face gets itchy, and then bright pink bumps appear on my cheeks and forehead. The recoil more or less looks like poison ivy, but is not. I've been to the doctor and took an allergy theory test and found out I am allergic to cats, grass, and trees. The doctor then advised me to take Zyrtec each day and hydroxyzine for the itching. Ive been taking the medication ever since, however this morning I woke up with a rash on my cheek, and the reckless later moved to my forehead. Does anyone know why I would keep breaking out, and why the rash solely happens on my face?
