Why do i start sneezing and capture liquid eyes when I hold an allergic reation?

t could just be dust or something. I am allergic to eggs, nuts. seafood, dairy products, gluten, whey, and wheat. Whenever i have a reaction to that i suddenly start sneezing and it sorta turns into a cold.
