I'm so miserable :-( I'm have an allergy attack and my asthma is kicking within. Nothing is working, give support to?

I can't describe how I'm feeling but I'm going to try. The other day, I felt abundantly of sinus pressure so I took some benadryl right before going to bed. I woke up the next morning feeling worse. I be sneezing all day and I have this burning fear in my lungs. I do have asthma and I had to nick my inhaler a few times in the past few days. I've been taking benadryl but I abominate that it makes me feel so weak and stuffy and sleepy and yucky. And it doesn't even help yourself to away the pain that I'm feeling in my sinuses. I can`t bear taking medicine, I like to opt for home remedies but I don't know what to take to relieve this spasm that I'm in. I just took Tylenol Sinus and congestion pain daytime and that I took the other light of day but didn't really help much. I'm feeling so desperate and feel approaching the whole house is caving in on me. My chest, also when I exhale overpoweringly, I can't explain it but I'm kind of wheezing but it's a heavy feeling surrounded by my chest. I don't know what this is.
suggestions are welcome and thanks to all that answer. Have a blessed year.
Answers:    Hey, You are in exactly the same boat as me...i suffer with slightly sever asthma. 1st of all...that feeling you had... u stipulation to stop takin Benydryl immediatly..!! Benadryl is loaded with decongestant, and is possible it is triggering your asthma. as it reacts with the mucus contained by the airway and makes it thicker.
Are you takin anything for hayfever? if not try Clarityn..more expensive but the best for beatin allergy hits. will also calm ur asthma down. possibly you should see your doc and say ur inhaler is not reacting to you. there is another PREVENTER inhaler and also a darkness time one for extreme suffers...
milk is said to help control it And weirdly enough.. if your asthma is really bad, caffiene is a appropriate way to calm it down a little bit..strong coffee though!!
