Is this a allergy response?
This past week i have been getting red reckless like spot on my forearms and near my knuckles, every time i am away from the computer the red spots go away, but when i am using my computer (my desktop) it comes put a bet on and itches, are these allergies or something else,,please help..i am freaking out.
