What is this? a cold or just allergies?

it's allergies if you have symptoms of sneezing as all right. if there's something in your eye, it'll also cause a runny nose.
could be either the team leader cold or the flu.
one way to get better is to drink more fluids and have soup, and build sure you get enough rest.
