Why Do I Have Allergies During Winter?
I started having allergies since January 18 of this year. My eyes get very puffy, and small within the morning. When I leave the house, they get irritated and very liquid.
Am I just having allergies, or it is something different? Do you have any suggestions to abet prevent that from happening again?
-Btw, I've been taking Allergra every night but I don't meditate its helping my eyes at all.
Answers: because allergies are backwards
It's probably very dry in your house (and outside). Dry nouns irritates your eyes. It may be a dust allergy. And, Allegra probably won't help either. If your house is dry, try a humidifier or boil water for a while. That would relief.
In the winter everything is closed up. Believe it or not the air is actually dryer surrounded by the winter.
ge bedding frequently,

Vacuum frequently. don't use alot of rugs.
in winter crack a window.
curtains frequently or don't use them.
